Your FREE Ayurvedic Summer Survival Guide 🌿☀️

Understand your dosha type and the daily Ayurveda practices that will help you finally cope with the summer heat

The weather has been heating up recently and for some people the hot weather is energising. They thrive under the summer sun

But if the hot weather leaves you feeling like you want to sit in the freezer all day then it's likely to do with your Dosha type.

If you're snapping at the people you love and lying awake replaying it; running on caffeine and willpower and secretly counting down the days to Autumn; feel scattered, overwhelmed, even when life looks fine on paper....

You don't have a summer problem. You have a dosha that nobody has ever told you about.

According to Ayurveda, we all have a unique energetic constitution (known as a dosha), and summer (Pitta season) affects each one differently.

This is why some people thrive in the heat… while others feel like they are constantly trying to cool down, slow down, or recover from it.

Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural healing that has been helping women understand their bodies for thousands of years.

At its heart it teaches something us that we are not all the same. We each carry a dominant energy type called a dosha. And in summer, the season's heat amplifies whatever energy we're already carrying inside.

Which means summer doesn't affect everyone the same way.

A Pitta already carries fire — and summer turns the dial up. The irritability, the overheating, the broken sleep, the skin that flares — this is Pitta in peak season.

A Vata is already sensitive and easily overstimulated — and summer's long days, disrupted routines and relentless busyness scatter that energy further. The anxiety, the overwhelm, the feeling of not being able to land — this is Vata in summer.

A Kapha can find summer's warmth uplifting — but without movement and stimulation she can slip into heaviness, low mood and the quiet feeling that everyone else is living a life she can't quite access.

Once you understand which one you are — and what your particular nature needs — summer stops feeling like something to survive and starts feeling like something you can actually move through.

The Guide: What's Inside

The Pitta Season Survival Guide is a beautiful, practical download that gives you everything you need to understand your body this summer — and feel genuinely better in it.

Here's what's waiting for you inside:

🔥 Your dosha explained — in plain, warm language so you finally understand why summer affects you the way it does and what that means for your body and mind

🍽 Eat this / avoid this — a simple food reference card for your dosha so you know exactly what is cooling and nourishing you and what is quietly making things worse

🏊 Movement guidance — what exercise genuinely supports your nervous system this summer and what depletes it further depending on your dosha type

☀️ Daily self care checklists — a simple morning, afternoon and evening checklist for your dosha — practical enough to actually use, gentle enough not to overwhelm

📝 Journalling prompts — gentle reflections for your dosha to help you reconnect with yourself and your body this season

About Me:

I work with women to uncover the stories, patterns and beliefs that have been silently running their lives — often without them ever realising it.

Ayurveda is one of the tools I use in my daily life, because it meets women exactly where they are. It doesn't ask you to be different. It simply enhances Ayurvedic practices you might already be doing in your daily life without even realising it.

I created this guide because I have sat with too many women who say they can't cope with the summer heat and can't wait for Autumn, when really they just needed a framework that finally made sense of how they felt and simple, practical steps to help work with their bodies

This is that framework. And it is my gift to you. 💛
