You can say no in the moment without your stomach knotting up
You can express what you need without fear of rejection or conflict

CRADLE is designed to help you gently unravel those patterns so that you can rewrite your story. Over three immersive days, we’ll trace the roots of these behaiours, decode the beliefs and strategies that are now outdated, so that you can embody the version of yourself who feels safe, worthy, and confident.
This is workshop is a guide to understanding, releasing, and reclaiming your worth — so you can stop trying to be ‘enough’ for everyone else and start being enough for yourself

Many of the patterns you carry were formed in childhood. They were your way of staying safe and making sense of the world around you. Those responses once protected you, but now they might be keeping you stuck — affecting your relationships, your energy, and your confidence.
CRADLE gives you a safe space to notice these patterns in your body, release tension and anxious energy, and start feeling calmer, clearer, and more in control of your choices — so you can finally sleep easier, speak up without guilt, and move through your day without carrying everything on your shoulders.
For many years I found myself repeating patterns I didn’t fully understand — questioning my worth, over-giving in relationships, and feeling pressure to be everything for everyone else.
It took time, reflection, and deep inner work to begin seeing how much of this was shaped by the way I first learned about love, connection, and belonging.
Like many women, patterns I learned as a childhood — and the ways love was expressed or withheld — left subtle imprints that continued to shape my choices, my boundaries, and the way I related to myself.
As I began exploring this work more deeply through shadow work, personal healing, and mentorship, I realised how many women carry similar patterns without ever having a safe space to explore them.
CRADLE is the space I wish had existed for me back then.
We begin by gently exploring the early conditioning that shaped how you learned to receive love, safety, and approval. You’ll start to recognise the patterns that formed in childhood and how they may still influence your relationships today
Today we get a little deeper. We’ll understand the triggers, beliefs, and protective behaviours that developed from those early experiences, and how they still show up in your daily life
The final day focuses on release and integration. Through guided reflection, you’ll begin letting go of old beliefs and rewriting the stories that shaped your patterns. We’ll close the container with a grounding circle to honour the work you’ve done and anchor the shifts you’ve begun.
Ready to get started?
CRADLE isn’t about reliving the experience through talking therapy. It’s about experiential healing — tracing patterns, noticing how they show up mind and body, and practicing new ways of responding. Even if you’ve done a lot of work, this will give you embodied insights and tools that stick
We create a held, safe container for exploration. While some reflections may bring up feelings, you are never asked to push beyond what feels safe. I will be there to support with whatever needs to be released
Each day is 90 minutes, and the work is designed to be deep but manageable. You’ll also get journaling prompts and exercises to continue at your own pace
There are journaling prompts and integration exercises, which will mainly be visited during the session. The work is about presence and participation during the sessions. You may feel called to go deeper into your journey after the session
CRADLE is a small, intimate group experience. You’ll receive guidance from me and the opportunity to connect with others, but you are never required to share more than you feel comfortable with.
CRADLE is designed to meet you where you are. If you show up and engage with the practices, you will leave with clarity, insight, and tools to start shifting your patterns immediately. The experience is about you feeling seen, held, and supported
Absolutely. CRADLE focuses on the patterns and beliefs you carry, not the status of your relationships. Whether estranged, distant, or complicated, you will still benefit.
