3 Days to Release the Patterns That Keep You Saying Yes When You Want to Say No, Overthinking, and Carrying Tension, and finally express yourself with confidence

These strategies were survival patterns you learned in childhood. They no longer fit who you are becoming, and can be unlearned.

Are you a woman who....

agrees to things you don’t have the energy for… and later lie awake wondering “why did I say yes....?”

plays conversations over and over in your head, analysing and worrying if you said the wrong thing

Burns the candle at both ends because you find yourself saying yes to everything - at work or in your personal life - and worry if you don’t fix this soon, you'll burn yourself out

holds back from expressing what you really think… and feel your chest tighten or stomach knot

If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. These are patterns learned early, often in your relationship with your mother or primary caregiver.

These patterns once protected you. Now it's time to update them.

What if...

✴ Instead of saying yes and regretting it later…..

You can say no in the moment without your stomach knotting up

✴ Instead of holding back or glossing things over...

You can express what you need without fear of rejection or conflict

✴ Instead of adjusting yourself to fit in or hiding your thoughts or opinions…...

You can show up fully and authentically while still feeling safe in your body

This is what becomes possible when you start releasing the patterns your body learned to survive

If you’re quietly thinking, “this is me”… then CRADLE is for you...

These are survival patterns you once learned to keep you safe...

CRADLE is designed to help you gently unravel those patterns so that you can rewrite your story. Over three immersive days, we’ll trace the roots of these behaiours, decode the beliefs and strategies that are now outdated, so that you can embody the version of yourself who feels safe, worthy, and confident.

This is workshop is a guide to understanding, releasing, and reclaiming your worth — so you can stop trying to be ‘enough’ for everyone else and start being enough for yourself

And this is precisely why I built.....

CRADLE

A 3-day experience to untangle the beliefs you formed around love, worth, and responsibility — and choose differently now

Many of the patterns you carry were formed in childhood. They were your way of staying safe and making sense of the world around you. Those responses once protected you, but now they might be keeping you stuck — affecting your relationships, your energy, and your confidence.

CRADLE gives you a safe space to notice these patterns in your body, release tension and anxious energy, and start feeling calmer, clearer, and more in control of your choices — so you can finally sleep easier, speak up without guilt, and move through your day without carrying everything on your shoulders.

Why I created CRADLE...

CRADLE was born from my own journey.

For many years I found myself repeating patterns I didn’t fully understand — questioning my worth, over-giving in relationships, and feeling pressure to be everything for everyone else.

It took time, reflection, and deep inner work to begin seeing how much of this was shaped by the way I first learned about love, connection, and belonging.

Like many women, patterns I learned as a childhood — and the ways love was expressed or withheld — left subtle imprints that continued to shape my choices, my boundaries, and the way I related to myself.

As I began exploring this work more deeply through shadow work, personal healing, and mentorship, I realised how many women carry similar patterns without ever having a safe space to explore them.

CRADLE is the space I wish had existed for me back then.

HERE'S WHAT'S INSIDE....

Day One

Discover how the mother wound forms. You’ll explore how your early environment shaped your understanding of love, safety and worth — and the subconscious conclusions you formed about who you needed to be to receive connection

Day Two

You’ll identify the patterns you keep repeating and finally understand why they exist. We’ll trace your triggers back to their origin and begin to shift the beliefs

Day Three

This is where the real transformation happens. We'll release the beliefs and rewrite them so that you can let go of the past and finally feel like your true self

Closing Ceremony

We gently close the container with intention. You’ll be guided through a reflective release process — honouring the version of you that coped, while choosing not to carry her armour forward. You’ll consciously release the beliefs and roles that no longer fit, and define what you’re choosing instead

Replays

To get the most out of the experience it is always be better to join live. But life can happen... If you can't make it live the replays will be available after the session

FAQs

What if I’ve already done therapy or personal development work?

CRADLE isn’t about reliving the experience through talking therapy. It’s about experiential healing — tracing patterns, noticing how they show up mind and body, and practicing new ways of responding. Even if you’ve done a lot of work, this will give you embodied insights and tools that stick

Is this emotional or triggering?

We create a held, safe container for exploration. While some reflections may bring up feelings, you are never asked to push beyond what feels safe. I will be there to support with whatever needs to be released

I’m busy. How much time does this take?

Each day is 90 minutes, and the work is designed to be deep but manageable. You’ll also get journaling prompts and exercises to continue at your own pace

Will I need to do a lot of homework?

There are journaling prompts and integration exercises, which will mainly be visited during the session. The work is about presence and participation during the sessions. You may feel called to go deeper into your journey after the session

Is this group work or one-on-one?

CRADLE is a small, intimate group experience. You’ll receive guidance from me and the opportunity to connect with others, but you are never required to share more than you feel comfortable with.

I’m not sure if this will work for me.

CRADLE is designed to meet you where you are. If you show up and engage with the practices, you will leave with clarity, insight, and tools to start shifting your patterns immediately. The experience is about you feeling seen, held, and supported

Can I participate if my relationship with my family is complicated?

Absolutely. CRADLE focuses on the patterns and beliefs you carry, not the status of your relationships. Whether estranged, distant, or complicated, you will still benefit.
