Why I started Rise As a Goddess

If you're new to my page and business, welcome! It's lovely to meet you

If we've never met before, hello - I'm Clair.

I began life climbing the corporate ladder as many of us do. Following the life path that's expected of us - go to school... go to university... get a good job...

But something always felt like it was missing..

Once I understood the job and became more comfortable, it no longer felt fulfilling. I would always fluff interviews because deep down I knew I shouldn't be in these jobs and was meant for more

A few years ago my life was turned upside down.... I found myself on a spiritual path, completely unexpectedly. It wasn’t something I was looking for—it just happened.

I became suddenly more empathic - I was feeling my own feelings more deeply and also picking up other peoples'. I became more intuitive and ridiculously emotional - crying at trailers of films (not even the actual film!) I was led to a site which explained the symptoms of an awakening and this is how I knew what was happening

To say it's been a rollercoaster would be an understatement. (If you can relate, grab my ebook here where I debunk some myths and give some tools to help navigate)

That started me on a path of my own healing - healing the pain of my own childhood, the relationships I fell into (that's a blog in itself), doing my own inner work of clearing the trauma from a childhood rooted in neglect. Working through old beliefs, emotional weight, and things that were never really mine in the first place.

Many women don't realise they are carrying the emotional weight of others that is not even theirs. The belief that if they have to be stoic, brave, strong, put everyone else first to gain love. They can't show others how they really feel because showing emotion is weakness. They can't show pride in their own achievements because then they're showing off or being boastful.

So much of that has been passed down—through generations of women who didn’t have the space, safety, or support to live any differently.

Our mums.
Our grandmothers.
And the women before them.

But it means so many of us are now carrying patterns, expectations, and emotional weight that we didn’t consciously choose.

I believe there's a Goddess in all of us, but societal and generational conditioning and belief systems have taught us to forget that. Many of us were never taught that our we are sovereign, sacred beings

It's my passion and my mission to change this. For every woman to see herself as a Goddess. To remember who she is. To see how she sacred is - to rise as a Goddess...

Goddess is not a term I use lightly. It's something I've used for years and love seeing my clients' eyes light up and huge smiles when I help them realise they are a Goddess. It's become a buzz word but it's been a message I've been using for many years.

I'm an intuitive mentor and coach to other women, helping them release these old stories from the root, without hours of talking therapy. On the days where I feel something much more gentle is needed, I can offer distance Reiki or divine guidance through oracle cards.
